The Air Force Way

There are many ways to do things in this world. There's a right way and a wrong way. A good way and a bad way. A way to exceed, and a way of just getting by. A way to stand out and a way to blend in. But in all those ways there is another way you might not know about, and that is the Air Force Way. You see, the Air Force way starts in the heart of a person. Every morning when he or she rises out of bed, they make a choice then and there. This day, I will be the best at what I do, I will excel in all facets of my life. From the largest job to the tiniest of details, because as we all know the truly great, is always found in the details. They dress in that most honorable attire, exuberating an essence of professionalism only found in the very best off us. This way of life was a choice, and it was not made lightly. At the work place, standing out is nearly impossible. The men and women all striving for excellence make the competition a never ending uphill challenge that will gladly be tackled head on. That, is the Air Force Way! Nobody ever said it would be easy, but one thing I will say. Never will there be a finer product produced than a fully qualified Airman. Hard work and determination are their daily bread, and self sacrificing their drink. The thoughts and opinions of even the lowest ranks are heard and heeded. Wisdom and knowledge are saute after like a priceless gem. This is the Air Force Way!
