It can be challenging getting family members, especially children, on board
when it comes to making healthy food choices. By involving children with
meal preparation, they're more likely to eat what they've helped to create.
For nutritious recipe options you can prepare with your children, get your
free Kids LiveWell recipe book here: www.myairforcelife.com/Kids-Live-Well-Cookbook.pdf. Learn more about keeping
your family healthy and the Air Force's Fit Families initiative, visit www.usaffitfamily.com. |

The Air National Guard (ANG)/Air Force Reserve (AFR) 4-H Camps are intended to expand programs to youth from ANG/AFR families and provide fun, safe camping experiences in close proximity to ANG/AFR units. Priority for ANG/AFR Camps goes to Air national Guard and Air Force Reserve families; if space is available, slots may be open to Active Duty Air Force, then Reserve components from other Services. These camps are funded by the Air Force 4-H Partnerships to support AF families that may not have access to an installation and the resources and camps that take place on base. |
