Kids Eat Well with Healthy Recipes

It can be challenging getting family members, especially children, on board when it comes to making healthy food choices. By involving children with meal preparation, they're more likely to eat what they've helped to create. For nutritious recipe options you can prepare with your children, get your free Kids LiveWell recipe book here: www.myairforcelife.com/Kids-Live-Well-Cookbook.pdf. These camps are funded by the Air Force 4-H Partnerships to support AF families that may not have access to an installation and the resources and camps that take place on base.
